Include a brief statement as to why you want to review a particular book, \u00a0a link to a CV or a web page that indicates your qualifications as a reviewer, and an address to which the book can be sent if the Review Editor accepts the proposal.<\/p>\n<p>Reviews are due four months after receipt of the book.
